About the Role

Contact potential customers via phone calls provided by the company to discuss our application development and website development services.
Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to understand customer needs and requirements.
Provide detailed information about our services, including features, benefits, and pricing, with the aim of convincing customers to choose our company.
Answer customer questions and address any concerns or objections they may have, offering suitable solutions or alternative options when necessary.
Follow a structured script and sales process while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor during phone conversations.
Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions, including details of conversations, inquiries, and outcomes, using the company's CRM software.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services and products to customers based on their requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and successful approaches to enhance overall sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-oriented sales role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and persuasive phone manner.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust, and effectively engage with potential customers.

  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills to address customer concerns and close deals.

  • Familiarity with software development services, including application development and website development, is preferred.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize customer leads and follow-up activities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and sales personnel.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.
